Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast Iowa. * WHEN...For the Blizzard Warning, until 10 AM CDT this morning. For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 10 AM this morning to 1 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will be slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
