SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas,
Bureau, Carroll, Henry IL, Putnam, Rock Island and Whiteside and
east central Iowa, including the following areas, Benton, Cedar,
Clinton, Iowa, Jackson, Johnson, Jones, Linn, Muscatine and Scott.

* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rounds of rain with embedded thunderstorms will occur across the
area tonight through Saturday morning. Each round of storms have
the potential to produce 1 to 3 inches of rain. By the time the
rain ends Saturday morning, rain totals of 2 to 6 inches are
possible with locally higher amounts. Flash flooding is a risk
with an increased probability of river flooding.
