extreme heat and high humidity events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Excessive heat will persist through much of
next week, potentially including the 4th of July weekend.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
