flooding of the Spencer city park and some rural agricultural
areas begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 10.4 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:15 PM CDT Wednesday was 10.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.8
feet Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage
Monday morning.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
