* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- While showers are ongoing across parts of southern to central
Iowa, a band of heavier rain is expected overnight. Already
saturated conditions have lowered the needed rainfall for flash
flooding impacts.
