less in dense fog. For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 25 to 30
mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast Iowa.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM CST this morning.
For the Wind Advisory, from midnight tonight to 3 PM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects,
including holiday decorations. Tree limbs could be blown down and
a few power outages may result. Low visibility could make driving
conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest wind gusts are expected north
of I-80.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
