between 4 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Floyd, Mitchell, Chickasaw, and Howard Counties.

* WHEN...From noon Sunday to 9 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The worst of the blizzard conditions are
likely to be Sunday evening into Monday morning.
