* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and isolated storms will focus over southern Iowa through
the afternoon. Then, heavy rainfall is forecast to move back into
the area late Tuesday night into Wednesday, especially over far
southern Iowa.
