WHERE...Northeast Iowa, mainly along and north of Iowa Highway 3. WHEN...Through 7 pm CDT. IMPACTS...Minimal impacts expected. If a tornado were to form, it would be very weak, but could damage trees. PREPAREDNESS AND PRECAUTIONARY ACTIONS...If a funnel cloud is spotted, report it to the National Weather Service. If a tornado warning becomes necessary, take appropriate action.
