Special Weather Statement
Issued: 4:45 PM Mar. 27, 2026 – National Weather Service
...Elevated Fire Danger Today... Northwest winds gusting between 30 to 35 mph will combine with low humidity and dry vegetation to produce an Elevated Fire Danger through early this evening. If a fire were to start under these conditions, there would be an increased threat of fire spread and it would be difficult to control. Outdoor burning is strongly discouraged. Use extra caution while operating outdoor equipment around dry vegetation and do not carelessly discard cigarettes.
