up to 55 mph expected. For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously
cold wind chills as low as 37 below zero possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Iowa, southwest
Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, and southeast South Dakota.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 10 AM to 6 PM CST Wednesday.
For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday
afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
Visibility may be significantly impacted at times due to blowing
snow Wednesday.   The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35
below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as
10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
