* WHAT...West to northwest winds 30 to 35 mph with gusts up to
around 60 mph expected.

* WHERE...Northern into central Iowa, including I-35.

* WHEN...From 10 PM Thursday to 10 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds can blow down tree limbs and power lines,
causing power outages. Travel will be difficult, especially for
high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution
