* WHAT...Northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
expected.

* WHERE...Portions of western, central, and northern Iowa.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds can blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strong winds may cause shallow blowing
snow onto roads, which may then freeze and result in slick driving
conditions. In addition, crosswinds will make driving difficult
for high profile vehicles. Please use caution or consider altering
