north of the river near Toronto and affects the lowest roads in
Buena Vista.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 11.2 feet and falling
rapidly.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late this morning and continue falling to 8.1 feet Monday,
May 12.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
