In northeast Iowa, Allamakee, Chickasaw, Howard and Winneshiek. * WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 111 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported many roads closed or water covered and flooding along creeks and streams. 3 and 6 inches of rain fell this morning. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
