In northeast Iowa, Black Hawk. In south central Iowa, Mahaska. In southeast Iowa, Wapello. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms with intense rainfall rates of one to two inches per hour are beginning to diminish in areal coverage and are mainly located over parts of Grundy, Black Hawk and Tama counties while diminishing else where.
