possible.

* WHERE...Kauai, Oahu, and Niihau.

* WHEN...From late Saturday night through late Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Flood prone roads and other low lying areas may be
closed due to elevated runoff and overflowing streams. Urban areas
may receive more significant flooding and property damage due to
rapid runoff.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A front approaching the state from the northwest today will
stall over the western end of the state Sunday and Monday.
This system will increase the potential for rain, which could
be accompanied by locally heavy showers and isolated
thunderstorms.
