* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Niihau and Kauai.

* WHEN...Through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Flood prone roads and other low lying areas may be
closed due to elevated runoff and overflowing streams. Urban areas
may receive more significant flooding and property damage due to
rapid runoff.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A surface trough over the Kauai Channel and bring widespread
showers to Kauai and Niihau before tracking west. An
approaching upper low will destabilize the atmosphere across
this area and bring the potential for shower enhancement
along with isolated thunderstorms that will continue through
the day Friday. Heavy rain lingering over the same areas on
Kauai and Niihau may result in flash flooding.
