Issued: 1:18 PM Feb. 8, 2026 – National Weather Service
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by periods of excessive rainfall and
terrain anchoring storms will continue.

* WHERE...All Hawaiian islands.

* WHEN...Through Monday afternoon.

Monday afternoon. The highest threat for flash flooding will
remain along the windward slopes of each island potentially
driven by terrain anchored heavy showers.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
