In southwest Georgia, Grady and Mitchell. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A very moist environment is in place across the region. Late afternoon and early evening thunderstorms are expected to develop and produce locally heavy rainfall across the watch area. Rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches are expected with isolated heavier totals to near 7 inches.
