chills, ranging from the mid to upper teens inland to around 20 at
the coast.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Georgia and southeast South Carolina.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM EST this evening. For the
Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 9 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Very
cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
