* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, the Highway 169 bridge holds back flood
waters, which causes lowlands along the river to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1015 PM EDT Monday, the stage was 13.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.5
feet early Tuesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
