Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are expected from Thursday through Friday. Rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches are expected with locally higher amounts likely. Reasonable high- end totals of 8 to 12 inches are possible.
