As ice refreezes and winds increase, trees may fall over or lose large branches. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Persons should consider delaying all travel. Avoid prolonged exposure if possible and have a safe heating source, particularly for those who may be experiencing power outages. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
