County through 445 PM EDT...

At 420 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking
gusty showers along a line extending from West Palm Beach to near
Lantana. Movement was south at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 45 to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington, Jupiter, Palm Beach
Gardens, Lake Worth, Riviera Beach, Palm Beach, Tequesta, Juno Beach,
Ocean Ridge, Greenacres, Royal Palm Beach, Palm Springs, North Palm
Beach, Lantana, Lake Park, Atlantis, Haverhill, and Cloud Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

These winds can down small tree limbs and branches, and blow around
unsecured small objects. Seek shelter in a safe building until the
storm passes.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

* WHEN...Until 500 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 414 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
West Palm Beach, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach,
Palm Beach, Tequesta, Juno Beach, North Palm Beach, Lake
Park, Juno Ridge, Fau North Campus, Limestone Creek, Jupiter
