Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach from 20 to 60 NM... Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM... At 931 AM EDT/831 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots.
