For the Freeze Warning, a hard freeze with temperatures as low as 21 expected. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 8 above expected. * WHERE...Portions of northeast and northern Florida and southeast Georgia. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 3 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Sunday. For the Freeze Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Sunday.
