For the Small Craft Advisory, east winds 20 to 30 kt and seas 7 to 12 ft expected. * WHERE...Northeast Florida coastal waters from Fernandina Beach FL to Flagler Beach FL out to 20 NM. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM this morning to 5 AM EDT Sunday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 AM Sunday to 2 PM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. For the High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves building to 5 to 7 feet late this afternoon and 8 to 10 feet tonight and Sunday. * WHERE...Northeast Florida Beaches. * WHEN...For the High Rip Current Risk, from 8 AM EDT this morning through Monday evening. For the High Surf Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon to 5 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions. Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current.
