For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 20 to 25 knots and seas 4 to 7 feet expected. * WHERE...Coastal waters from Tarpon Springs to Suwannee River FL out 20 NM and Waters from Tarpon Springs to Suwannee River FL out 20 to 60 NM. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 9 AM EST this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
