The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon today to 7 PM EDT this evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA... Osceola... Okeechobee... Coastal Indian River... Coastal Saint Lucie... Coastal Martin... Inland Indian River... Inland Saint Lucie... Inland Martin... Inland Southern Brevard... Mainland Southern Brevard. * WIND...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts 30 to 35 mph. * HUMIDITY...As low as 32 to 35 percent. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
