* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Slow-moving bands of rain are forecast to increase over the
watch area today in response to weak low pressure developing
along a stalled front. Mostly likely rainfall tallies of 2 to
4 inches are expected with isolated amounts of 5 to 7 inches.
