29 expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
as low as 24 expected.

* WHERE...Volusia, Inland Indian River, Inland Brevard, Inland Saint
Lucie, Lake, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing. Wind chills this cold could be hazardous for those
without access to adequate warmth, clothing, or shelter.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
