* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with
gusts of 40 to 50 mph expected. For the Extreme Cold Warning,
dangerously cold wind chills 9 to 15 degrees expected. For the
Freeze Warning, hard freezing temperatures as low as 22 expected.

* WHERE...All counties in east central Florida, including Volusia,
Lake, Seminole, Orange, Brevard, Osceola, Indian River,
Okeechobee, Saint Lucie, and Martin.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 3 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST
Sunday. For the Extreme Cold Warning and Freeze Warning, from 7 PM
this evening to 1 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Hard
freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and
possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
