* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT SUNDAY
NIGHT TO 9 AM CST MONDAY...

* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility one quarter mile or
less in dense fog. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind
chills as low as 10 expected north of I-10 and as cold as 15 south
of I-10.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Alabama, northwest
Florida, and southeast Mississippi.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 5 AM CST Sunday. For the
Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight Sunday Night to 9 AM CST
Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. Wind chill values can lead to
hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Low visibility could make
driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...If confidence increases in wind chills below
15 degrees along the immediate coastline, an Extreme Cold Warning
may be needed for dangerously cold wind chills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while outside working or at area bus stops. Wear
