For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 8 to 13 ft expected. * WHERE...All Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida coastal waters from Altamaha Sound GA to Flagler Beach FL out to 60 NM. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 2 AM EDT Thursday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 2 AM Thursday to 5 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. ...HIGH SURF ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EDT THURSDAY... ...HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING... * WHAT...For the High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves of 9 to 13 feet. For the High Rip Current Risk, dangerous rip currents. * WHERE...Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida Beaches. * WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory, until 8 PM EDT Thursday. For the High Rip Current Risk, through Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... All swimmers should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions. Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the shore and call or wave for help. &&
