Waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 630 PM EDT. * At 525 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 8 nm east of Palm Valley to near Palm Coast, moving east at 20 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Casablanca Reef, Dorothy Louise Barge, Nine Mile Reef, Crescent Beach, Beverly Beach, Marineland, Big Georges Reef, Saint Augustine Beach, Butler Beach, and Palm Coast. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
