* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills tonight through early this
morning could lead to frostbite and hypothermia, even with limited
exposure. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. Bring pets
