Waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL from 20 to 60 NM excluding the territorial waters of Bahamas... * Until 430 PM EDT. * At 355 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 7 nm east of Sunny Isles, moving southeast at 25 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Sunny Isles, Golden Beach, and Hallandale. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
