NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...St Johns River near Above Lake Harney.

* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 8.3 feet, Docks are partially submerged along the
river between Lake Harney and Lemon Bluff.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 AM EDT Monday the stage was 7.7 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 6.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon and continue rising to 8.3 feet
Friday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 8.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Excessive rainfall has occurred in portions of these areas.
Additional showers and storms are forecast for Monday.
