* WHAT...For the first Freeze Warning, a hard freeze with
temperatures as low as 26. For the first Cold Weather Advisory,
very cold wind chills as low as 15 expected. For the second Freeze
Warning, a hard freeze with  temperatures as low as 19 expected.
For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as 13 expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast and northern Florida and southeast
Georgia.

* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, until 11 AM EST this morning.
For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until noon EST today. For the
second Freeze Warning and second Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM
this evening to 10 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 degrees could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold
temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
Appropriate action should be taken to ensure tender vegetation and
outdoor pets have adequate protection from the cold temperatures.
Young children, the elderly and the homeless are especially
vulnerable to the cold. Take measures to protect them.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly.

expected.

* WHERE...Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida coastal waters
from Altamaha Sound GA to Flagler Beach FL out to 20 NM.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM this afternoon to 10
AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
