At 921 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
11 nm east of Saint Augustine Beach, or 13 nm east of Saint
Augustine, moving northeast at 10 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.

River Flood Warning

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...St Mary's River at Macclenny.

* WHEN...From Monday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor flooding of low lying areas and
timber lands including some properties along St. Mary's River Bluff
Road and the Cypress Landing Resort on the Georgia side. At 14.0
feet, Flooding of bottomlands along the river and some lower access
roads including the lower half of St. Mary's River Bluff Road which
cuts off 15 to 20 homes on the Georgia side. At 15.0 feet, Flooding
begins to impact the lower end of Steel Bridge Road on the Florida
side and cuts off access to the river gage as well as access to
several homes. At 16.0 feet, Access roads on both sides of the
river in Florida and Georgia are flooded, including the entire low
lying stretch of St. Mary's River Bluff Road on the Georgia side
which cuts off 40 to 50 homes. On the Florida side, the lower end
of St. Mary's Cove Road past the public boat ramp becomes flooded
and cuts off access to 20 to 30 homes. The Stokes Road Bridge over
the river is generally closed due to high water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 10.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 14.0 feet
Tuesday evening.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

* At 816 PM EDT, strong to severe thunderstorms capable of producing
waterspouts were centered 16 nm east of Palm Valley, or 24 nm
northeast of Saint Augustine, moving east at 15 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
Casablanca Reef.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately. If your vessel is caught offshore, immediately secure
for heavy weather. Ensure all crew members are wearing USCG approved
Type I life jackets and nonessential crew are below decks. Deploy
jack lines and harnesses if available. Check life saving equipment,
including batteries on handheld radios, for readiness.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 758 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3.5 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of up to 1.5 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Callahan, Taylor, Macclenny, Glen St. Mary, St. George,
Bryceville, Sanderson, Ratliff and Nassau Village-Ratliff.

Coastal Glynn, Coffee, Echols, Inland Camden, Inland Glynn, Jeff

* WHEN...Through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- A Flood Watch is in effect due to the potential for localized to
scattered rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches. Because previous
rain has already partially saturated soils, additional heavy or
training downpours will quickly lead to flooding
