The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a Red
Flag Warning for critically low humidity values, gusty winds, and
a moderate significant fire potential, which is in effect from 10
AM this morning to 7 PM EST this evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...In Florida, Suwannee, Baker, Inland Nassau,
Union, Bradford, Gilchrist, Eastern Hamilton, Coastal Nassau,
Coastal Duval, Eastern Clay, Eastern Alachua, Eastern Putnam,
Western Hamilton, Trout River, Western Clay, Western Alachua,
Western Putnam, Northern Columbia, South Central Duval,
Southeastern Columbia, Western Duval and Southwestern Columbia.

* TIMING...10 AM Monday through 7 PM Monday.

* WINDS...Northwest 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 25 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can

Georgia.

* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 8 AM EST
Tuesday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 2 AM to 8 AM EST
Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 20 degrees could result
in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
