In Florida, Escambia Coastal, Escambia Inland, Okaloosa Coastal, Okaloosa Inland, Santa Rosa Coastal, and Santa Rosa Inland Counties. * WHEN...Until 8 AM CST this morning. * IMPACTS...Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
