For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 31 possible. * WHERE...Inland Hillsborough and Polk Counties. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 9 AM EST this morning. For the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM EST Wednesday. For the Freeze Watch, from late Wednesday night through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
