In Florida, Escambia Coastal, Escambia Inland, Okaloosa Coastal, Okaloosa Inland, Santa Rosa Coastal, and Santa Rosa Inland Counties. * WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 9 AM CST this morning. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
