For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 18 expected. * WHERE...Coastal Bay, Coastal Franklin, Coastal Gulf, and South Walton Counties. * WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from 1 AM EST /midnight CST/ to 9 AM EST /8 AM CST/ Monday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the shore and call or wave for help. &&
