Patches of dense fog have developed across much of the region.
While not expected to be very widespread, localized visibility may
drop below one quarter of a mile.

Early morning motorists should use caution through the morning
rush. Low beam headlights help keep your vehicle visible to others
and reduced speed allows more time for you and others to react.

Visibility should improve later this morning.

* WHERE...In Delaware, New Castle County. In New Jersey, Camden,
Gloucester, and Northwestern Burlington Counties. In Pennsylvania,
Delaware and Philadelphia Counties.

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 8 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.

May NJ out 20 nm, Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Cape
Henlopen DE out 20 nm and Coastal waters from Cape Henlopen to
Fenwick Island DE out 20 nm.

* WHEN...Until noon EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
