* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 10 to 20 kt
with gusts up to 25 kt expected. For the Gale Warning,
southwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 35 kt expected.

* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay north of Pooles Island MD and Tidal
Potomac from Key Bridge to Indian Head MD.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 9 AM EDT Thursday.
For the Gale Warning, from 9 AM to 8 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
