* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwestern Connecticut, including the
following areas, Northern Litchfield and Southern Litchfield and
east central New York, including the following areas, Eastern
Dutchess, Eastern Ulster, Western Dutchess and Western Ulster.

* WHEN...From 2 PM EDT this afternoon through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A widespread rainfall is expected today through tonight with
periods of heavy rain occurring this afternoon and evening.
Rainfall amounts between 1.50 and 3.00 inches are possible
with locally higher amounts should any convective and
training elements develop.
