Temperatures have slightly risen across the region but there are
still some locations at or just below freezing.

While most precipitation is expected to be plain rain, there will
be some pockets of freezing rain. An additional glaze of ice
accumulation can be expected in these locations.

Some localized slippery conditions can be expected where these
pockets of freezing rain occur.
